Merchandise Planning Analyst

We are looking for an energetic self-starter Analyst to join the planning team and report to the Co-CEO. Apply to learn more about this opportunity!

What you’ll do:

• Analyze order needs for our core business and seasonal launches using our inventory-planning and reorder platform
• Create purchase orders and communicate them to our factories
• Manage priority of all outstanding purchase orders and liaise with our factories to expedite high-priority orders
• Manage inventory tool proactively (topline forecast, master product list, purchase orders)
• Manage photoshoot samples: production and timely delivery 
• Communicate product-team information to the rest of the Koio team

Requirements:

• A completed undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or another quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in an merchandising/buying/planning/logistics or other analytical role
• Exceptional analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks  
• Practical communication skills and evidence of working collaboratively to achieve results
• Strong project management skills: setting goals, managing progress, managing stakeholders
• A self-starting personality and can-do attitude
• An ability to problem-solve independently
• Being a team player that is enthusiastic about collaborating with other team members

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Google Suite
