Description

A trusted Medicare center dedicated to helping senior citizens find the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs is looking for dynamic Cold Callers with a strong sales background who can confidently engage prospects, build connections, and convert conversations into opportunities. If you have a knack for closing deals, handling objections, and meeting targets, this role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of seniors while showcasing your sales expertise.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Medicare services.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and challenges.
  • Pitch relevant products and services to meet the prospect’s requirements.
  • Build rapport and establish relationships to turn cold calls into warm leads.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement cold-calling strategies.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to tailor pitches effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus but not essential.
  • Customer Engagement: Ability to connect with potential customers, handle objections, and create a positive customer experience.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage and track interactions is preferred.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting targets.
  • Professionalism: Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection effectively.
