Job Summary:

We are looking for a Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and business expansion. The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and skilled at identifying opportunities to accelerate growth through marketing, sales, and product optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and innovative ways to drive business expansion.
  • Optimize customer conversion funnels and improve retention rates.

2. Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, content marketing, social media).
  • Analyze data and trends to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve user experience.

3. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key growth metrics and track campaign performance.
  • Use data analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

4. Customer Retention & Engagement

  • Develop customer loyalty programs and engagement strategies.
  • Work on customer feedback and insights to improve products/services.
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.

5. Partnership & Collaboration

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand brand reach.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work with data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
