Job Summary:
We are looking for a Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and business expansion. The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and skilled at identifying opportunities to accelerate growth through marketing, sales, and product optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement.
- Identify new market opportunities and innovative ways to drive business expansion.
- Optimize customer conversion funnels and improve retention rates.
2. Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, content marketing, social media).
- Analyze data and trends to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve user experience.
3. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Monitor key growth metrics and track campaign performance.
- Use data analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
4. Customer Retention & Engagement
- Develop customer loyalty programs and engagement strategies.
- Work on customer feedback and insights to improve products/services.
- Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
5. Partnership & Collaboration
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Work closely with internal teams to align growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work with data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
