Description
A rapidly growing compliance and security firm, is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage email campaigns, and optimize lead-generation efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of HubSpot, content creation, and analytics to drive engagement and business growth. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content development, list segmentation, scheduling, and deployment while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Campaign Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize email strategies for increased engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Support with scheduling weekly posts on LinkedIn, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and driving audience engagement.
- Content Creation: Draft and publish weekly blog posts focused on relevant IT topics, ensuring alignment with industry trends and business objectives.
- Sales Intelligence & Lead Generation: Conduct data analysis and maintain lead databases to improve outbound and inbound marketing efforts.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage HubSpot to build workflows, monitor campaigns, and generate reports and dashboards to track marketing success.
- Project Management: Organize daily workloads, manage competing priorities, and ensure all marketing tasks are completed within designated timelines and budgets.
- Process Improvement: Research and recommend enhancements to marketing processes, security practices, and compliance operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Reporting & Data Management: Update and maintain marketing reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, automation, and lead generation.
- Proven track record in executing successful inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
Skills
- High proficiency in HubSpot, including email campaign creation, workflows, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies and lead-generation tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Strong project and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
