About the role
The Product Marketer will manage and distribute product information, support product launches, and ensure cross-team alignment. This role includes content creation, change management, training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product success.
What you will be doing:
- Crafting Product Information: You’ll help create key product documents and organise media assets, ensuring that product details are accurate, clear, and accessible to all teams for seamless information sharing.
- Managing Product Changes and Updates: You’ll maintain and update product details, manage change logs, and keep key documents (itineraries, brochures) current. Gathering feedback from Program Managers, you’ll ensure product information remains accurate and relevant.
- Developing Product Knowledge and Training: You’ll identify knowledge gaps, create training materials, and deliver sessions to keep teams informed. Working with our Head of Learning and Development, you’ll track training completion and refine materials based on feedback.
- Supporting New Product Development: You’ll assist in launching new programs by creating presentations and gathering information from key teams, ensuring that systems like Salesforce and websites reflect the latest product updates.
