- Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any job postings that are discriminatory, illegal, unethical, or otherwise offensive. This includes, but is not limited to, postings that discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Postings must also comply with all applicable labour laws.
- Job Posting Fees: Recruiters may be required to pay fees for certain job posting services, as described on the Service.
- Removal of Job Postings: We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms or that we deem to be inappropriate.
- Candidate Use
- Application Conduct: When applying for jobs through our Service, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are solely responsible for the content of your resume and application materials.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that you will find employment through our Service. Our Service is a platform for connecting Candidates and Recruiters, and the ultimate hiring decision rests with the Recruiter.
- Resume Visibility: You understand that your resume may be visible to Recruiters who use our Service. You can control the visibility of your resume through your account settings.
- Recruiter Use
- Employer Status: You represent and warrant that you are a legitimate employer seeking to fill bona fide job openings.
- Fair Employment Practices: You agree to comply with all applicable fair employment practices and anti-discrimination laws.
- Contacting Candidates: You agree to use the contact information provided by Candidates solely for the purpose of evaluating their qualifications for job opportunities. You agree not to use such information for any other purpose, including marketing or solicitation.
- Payment and Subscription Services
- Free and Paid Services: Recruiters can post jobs for free or subscribe to paid services for additional features. Payment information is required for paid services, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.
- Refunds: Refund requests will be individually assessed based on a variety of factors to determine eligibility. These factors include the extent of service utilization, the period since the billing date, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. We maintain the discretion to deny refunds in instances of service misuse or breaches of our Terms of Service, we are committed to adhering to all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to refunds. - Intellectual Property
