About the Role

Atlantic Computer Systems is seeking a high-performing, self-starting Outbound Lead

Generation Specialist to take full ownership of our top-of-funnel outbound pipeline. You’ll

be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, executing personalized outreach at scale,

and booking meetings that directly lead to closed revenue.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify hundreds of leads per week using Apollo.io and LinkedIn
  • Conduct deep research to ensure every lead fits our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Use our Apollo.io templates, but personalize every message to make it relevant and effective
  • Send hundreds of personalized emails weekly
  • Make 50+ cold calls daily to decision-makers
  • Book 10+ qualified meetings per week that convert into meaningful sales opportunities
  • Track and manage activity in Apollo.io, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine targeting, outreach, and hand-off quality
  • Occasionally route inbound help desk calls to our tech lead (no troubleshooting required)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of BDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in IT services or MSPs
  • Proven track record of booking meetings that lead to closed revenue, not just activity
  • Exceptional English fluency—clear, persuasive, and professional
  • Skilled in cold calling, email prospecting, and personalized messaging at scale
  • Comfortable doing deep research to qualify accounts and contacts
  • Organized, metrics-focused, and able to operate independently
  • Excited to contribute to a growing company and earn a full-time role + commissions
  • Ability to work independently
