We are looking for a proven Operations Manager to step into the role and help drive the company’s continued success in Nigeria.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations, including warehousing, logistics (inbound & outbound), inventory control, and customer service.
  • Drive operational excellence to ensure product availability, high service levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management and development of Service Points to ensure effective distribution and customer accessibility.
  • Manage supply chain processes, including importation, customs clearance, inventory planning, and supplier relationships.
  • Supervise and develop teams across operations and customer service, fostering high performance and a strong service culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Global Planning) to align operations with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, including product registration, labeling, and sanitary controls.
  • Oversee customer service strategy and delivery, ensuring efficiency, high quality, and alignment with global standards.
  • Lead operational projects, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives to optimize performance and support business growth.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE) are maintained across operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations and warehouse management, supply chain, logistics and customer relations ideally within the cosmetics, wellness, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or direct product selling industries.
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role, managing operations across multiple locations.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills with proven experience in building, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Experience with importation, customs clearance processes, and working within fast-growth business environments.
  • Process-oriented with strong analytical and capacity planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving international environment.
