About the Role

As an ICT (Graphic Designer) Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing compelling infographics and animations to support NWTF’s programs and campaigns. You’ll work closely with the communications team to produce high-quality visual content for use across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop infographics based on NWTF’s project needs
  • Create short animations and explainer visuals
  • Support the communication team with graphics for social media, reports, and presentations

Expected Deliverables

  • A suite of scalable, high-quality infographics and animations tailored to NWTF’s communications goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience designing for social change, nonprofit, or development sectors is a plus
  • Strong commitment to NWTF’s mission, vision, and values
  • Ability to demonstrate cultural, gender, and political sensitivity
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and discretion

Core Competencies

  • Excellent skills in graphic design and animation tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva, After Effects)
  • Strong storytelling ability through visuals
  • Understanding of women’s rights, governance, and advocacy is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
