We are hiring a Real Estate Broker for our Client, one of the largest firms of estate surveyors and valuers in Nigeria and across Sub-Saharan Africa.

LOCATION: LAGOS STATE, NIGERIA

Detailed Job Description:Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
• Secures new property and facility management briefs for the business.
• Client relationship management and reporting
• Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals
• Manages leases on behalf of clients

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 6-8 years real estate sales experience
• Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies (NIEVS, ESVRABON)

Competencies• Very strong salesperson

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
• Looks professional and presentable.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
• Sociable and Professional
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Knowledge of Lagos real estate market
• Excellent networking skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
