Job Description

As a Brand Account Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic lead for multiple DTC brands, orchestrating their influencer marketing campaigns from conception to execution. This dynamic role combines creative design work with high-level client management, requiring both artistic vision and executive presence. You’ll have the opportunity to shape campaign strategies, design compelling content, and drive meaningful results for growing brands. This position offers significant autonomy and the chance to make a direct impact on client success.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead client relationships and lead strategic planning sessions
  • Design and implement engaging email campaigns for influencer communications
  • Create and optimize landing pages for brand campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution and workflow
  • Facilitate executive-level communications with brand partners
  • Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication
  • Create professional presentations and campaign reports

Requirements

  • Proven design capabilities for email marketing and web content
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management (Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing software
  • Understanding of e-commerce (Shopify) and DTC business models
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Professional presentation and meeting facilitation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Mailchimp or Klaviyo experience
