Join our client, a fast-growing managed-print division of a London-based Telecom group. We’re looking for a driven Offshore SDR to help UK businesses discover the cost-saving, high-quality photocopier solutions. You’ll own and grow the outbound outreach - identifying prospects, crafting tailored messages, and booking qualified discovery calls that lead directly to new contracts.

There is huge potential for growth in this role so we are looking for Sales professionals with a dedicated approach and motivation to grow out the Sales team as value is demonstrated.

About the Role

  • Lead generation: Research and engage UK SMEs via phone and email, using offers and other incentives.
  • Qualification: Ensure every booked call meets agreed criteria so our sales team can close efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the company director to refine your approach, improve messaging, and track real-time results.
  • Discipline: This role takes a dedicated professional, committed to achieve high outreach and sales volumes.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Offshore Sales Development Representative
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor, 40 hrs per week, UK 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (remote)
  • Compensation: £799/month + uncapped commission
  • Location: Remote (UK-overlap hours)
  • Start Date: September, 2025
  • Reporting To: Company Director

Requirements

Key Experience

  • 3+ years B2B outbound (phone + email)
  • Proven ability to book 20+ qualified calls per month
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and VoIP tools
  • Native-level English and a natural conversational style
  • Demonstrable experience coaching, training and scaling SDR teams or sales pods

Preferred Experience

  • Background in photocopier and solution sales, telecoms, or managed IT solutions
  • Comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback
