Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping the sales team succeed by managing vendor registration with Fortune 1000 and 500 companies, conducting strategic sales research, and supporting Sales Operations initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Registration & Onboarding:

  • Own and manage the process of registering the company as a vendor with enterprise clients, including submitting documentation, filling out procurement portals, and coordinating with internal teams (finance, sales, contracts, etc). 
  • Track and follow up on vendor approval statuses to ensure timely completion and minimize sales cycle delays.

Sales Research & Prospect Intelligence:

  • Conduct research on target accounts to support the sales team, including identifying key contacts, understanding organizational structure, and surfacing insights on business needs or buying signals.
  • Provide timely research summaries and strategic account intelligence to support sales outreach and planning.

Sales Operations Support:

  • Assist with ongoing Sales Operations tasks such as maintaining CRM data, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring process consistency.
  • Participate in cross-functional sales projects as needed, including process improvements, enablement initiatives, or tool rollouts.


Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or business support role.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho.
  • Strong research skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, documents, and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel). 

Communication & Organization:

  • Clear and professional communication style—both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience registering vendors with large enterprise clients.
  • Previous exposure to B2B sales environments or working with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of sales processes or sales methodologies is a plus.
