This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for recruiters seeking refunds for paid packages purchased on Jobsett.com.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of your package purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your purchased package must be unused. This means:
No job postings have been published using credits from the package.
No promotional features included in the package (e.g., featured listings) have been activated or applied to any job.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are exempt from being refunded:
Activated or partially used packages: Once you have published a job using credits from your package, or activated any promotional features, the package is considered “used” and is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Services rendered: If we have already provided the service (e.g., a custom promotion that has been run), it is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at hello@jobsett.com to initiate your refund request. In your email, please include:
Your name and the email address associated with your Jobsett account.
Your order number or transaction ID.
A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 -15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@jobsett.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced packages may be refunded. Packages purchased during a sale or at a discounted rate are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for job posting packages. If you require a different package, you will need to request a refund for your original purchase (if eligible) and then purchase the desired package separately.
